Our Return and Exchange Policy

 

We make all the best effort to ship  our products purchased in excellent condition. But our return policy isn't just about guaranteeing quality. It's about guaranteeing that you are happy with everything you purchase. If you don't like it, we want you to return it.

 

At Wanis Apparel, we know how excited you must be to receive your order so we make every effort to ship your order, door-to-door, as quickly as possible.

 

Dear customer, below is our  return and exchange policy :-

When you receive your item:-

 

1. Check it thoroughly for any defects and then try it on. If you are not satisfied in anyway, do not remove tags and  wash . You can only wash it when you are completely happy with the product and intend to keep it.

 

2. If for any reason you are unhappy or dissatisfied with your purchase, you could send it back to us at your own cost and then you will get a full refund for the item  purchase only. The original shipping charge is not refundable.  

 

3. However if the return/exchange item is due to our manufacturer defect, then the shipping charges to mail back the return item will be covered by Wanis Apparel.  

 

 If you want to return or exchange:-

 

1. Request for exchanges  item must be received via email/fax within 14 days from the date of receipt of your package.  In your e-mail please state the item/size that you would like to exchange. 

 

2. No returns/exchange can be accepted after 30 days of the date of the invoice.  

 

3. If you are exchanging the item for any other reason than our fault, we will charge you the cost of shipping for the replacement, which will be the same as specified in our shipping policy. For example, if you are exchange the item, you will be charged to ship you the replacement.  

 

4. If in the unlikely event that we cannot fill your exchange as requested we will   either:

  • Issue a refund for the item that you purchase, or

  • Allow you to select another product of equal value.  

5. Refunds/exchange are issued upon receipt of the returned merchandise. Once you have send the refund/exchange item please informed us by email/faxs and please quote your invoice number.   

 

6. Returns/exchange cannot be accepted on worn, soiled, stained or washed merchandise (we trust that you will be honest).

 

7. Please keep the return/exchange item in the same condition and packaging  that you have received it (with tag , undamage original plastic package  and bubble wrap).  

 

8. We regret that we cannot be responsible for loss or items damaged on the way back for a return / exchange. Please pack your returned/exchange items properly to ensure that items do not get damaged in transit and register/insure them if sending by post. All items refund/exchange must be shipped using a traceable shipping method.

 

9. In order to avoid returns/exchange, please check your size carefully using our size chart, which explains how to measure yourself and what the correct size is for your general body measurements.  

 

10. Please notice that altered products will not be refunded .
