How long we will received our Product?

After we received a payment, we will deliver your item the next day.

We will notify you by email when the order has been delivered with the tracking code number.

Is there any alternative to see the product?

Currently we operate through online.

Order Proses

Can i place an order over the phone?

We prefer you place order by fill in our purchase order form at http://www.wanisapparel.com/Purchase%20Order%20Form.html
 

Can you send the product before the funds is clear?

We will  only process  orders when the funds is clear.

For international cheque, normaly it will take one month to be clear and for local cheque, it will take 1 to 2 days.

For western union money order, normally it will take one month to be clear.

Payment

Can i post a cash money?

Sorry, we do not accept cash. Possibility we do not receive the money is very high.

 Do you add any other fees to shipping?

Yes we add a handling fee RM4.00 for international order. The fee is  per order and not per item. You will pay same handling fee if your order is one or several items

Shipment and delivery

When will my order receive?

Once we have received your payment, we will dispatch the order on the next business day. We post from Sunday to Thursday. Unfortunately we don't post on Friday .

In country  orders, normally arrive within 2 days  and International orders within 3-5 days for shipment by ems National Courier.

How can I track my order?

We only can track order for "Express Shipping" option. When your order is shipped, we send you email, with a consignment no.

Do you provide door to door delivery?

Sorry, we do not provide this service.

Can i return the package?

Yes you can, please refer to our return and exchange policy.
